My 3 facts about the legend of New Zealand
- The maori name of New Zealand is called Aotearoa Which does mean the land of the long white cloud.
- The official laguage of New Zealand is english and maori.
- There are no snakes in our country.

You've chosen some really interesting facts. I'm particularly grateful for the third one! I used to live in Australia and there were snakes and giant spiders EVERYWHERE! I'm glad I don't have to worry about those kinds of animals here in Auckland. Did you know that sign language is also an official language of New Zealand? What languages can you speak?
One of my favourite facts about New Zealand is that it is home to the heaviest insect in the world!
